Finn was a Human Sith Lord and terrorist in the years leading up to the Ruusan campaign and a member of the Brotherhood of Darkness. His apprentice was the former slave Marka.

Finn was a Sith Master[2] with a tattooed, scarred face.[1] He performed acts of terrorism in the latter years of the New Sith Wars. Little is known about his activities beyond his dealings with two successive apprentices.[1]
Finn's first recorded apprentice was a young Chalactan with dark hair. This young man was quick to anger, but also showed compassion, which the Sith considered to be a sign of weakness. A young woman named Marka slew Finn's apprentice and took his place.[1] Finn demanded absolute loyalty from his new apprentice.[2]

The author of The Apprentice, Finn's only appearance to date, stated that it was set while the Sith followed the Rule of Two, within a hundred years or so of Darth Plagueis's time.[source?] However, The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia establishes the character as living just before the Ruusan campaign, before the Rule of Two was formally established.
