Finn was the bartender at Rik's Cantina. Perhaps due to the volatile nature of the fringers who were the bar's primary clientele, he was skilled at hand-to-hand and blaster combat, as well as knocking people out with his powerful cocktails. While highly capable, however, he had a world-weary air, and never seemed to be surprised by anything.

The bartender is probably named for the Mickey Finn, a drug-spiked drink designed to knock out the person who drinks it.
