Fire-Rain 3 was an Imperial bio-agent. It developed under the supervison of Moff Sartar at supply depot I-389, located on Tatooine, sometime after the Battle of Yavin. Moff Sartar planned to test Fire-Rain 3 on the populations of Anchorhead and Mos Eisley, but was foiled when a team of Rebel Alliance agents managed to destroy all samples of the deadly bio-agent, along with Sartar's laboratory.
