Firejelly was an organic weapon used by the Yuuzhan Vong. Firejelly was a gelatinous, flammable substance that would catch fire very quickly. They were usually given to the Chazrach slave troops. The substance was also used to torture victims to get answers, or when they want to meld and/or weld substances together.

After the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War, the Vong took the jelly with them to Zonama Sekot where the jellies reverted back to their wild forms and disappeared into the tampasi.
