First Anthology

The First Anthology SWCCG card game was released May 1997.
Each set contained 2 white border Premiere starter decks, 2 A New Hope expansion packs and 2 Hoth expansion packs, and the 11-card premium Jedi Pack. Six white border preview cards were included:
- Commander Wedge Antilles
- Boba Fett
- Jabba's Influence
- X-Wing Assault Squadron
- Hit and Run
- Death Star Assault Squadron
All 6 cards were later reprinted as black bordered cards in the Special Edition set.
The First Anthology was released in a long, 800 count card box that was completely black, with the Star Wars Customizable Card Game Logo on the lid.
