The First Battle of Milagro was a battle of the Galactic Civil War, occurring in 5 ABY. Milagro was a planet located at an important hyperroute junction and containing large-scale manufacturing facilities. The New Republic Army fought on the world for three months. Finally, the Imperial forces withdrew, initiating a base delta zero operation to destroy anything of worth on the planet before allowing it to fall into the hands of the New Republic.
