First Recon was a unit in the Galactic Republic led by Captain Devlin that was deployed on Belsavis during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. They were ordered by the Republic Strategic Information Service to set up a beachhead in the deep caverns of the Tomb and begin data collection, but they were overrun by Esh-kha and many were captured.
