This Imperial base was a garrison on the planet Flankers. It was abandoned because the star of the system was going to go nova in a near future.

An Imperial scout vessel, carrying a prisoner General Lens Reekeene, went to this base to wait for a pick-up only because it was the nearest Imperial base at a time, and because the Imperial captain did not know about the nova situation.
