Flissar was a Noghri who worked as a caretaker at a warehouse in New Nystao on Wayland in 12 ABY. Dal Konur broke into the warehouse by using a mind trick on Flissar and then stealing the Noghri's keys. He found the keys lieing on the ground near his workstation and then called the New Nystao police about it.
A group of spacers turned up shortly afterwards and Flissar refused them access into the warehouse.
