Fold space was a Force power that allowed a Force-user to bend space to instantly transport an object between places.[2] This form of teleportation was used by the Aing-Tii, a mysterious species living on a planet in the Kathol Rift. This technique allowed the wielder to use the Force to teleport any object or possibly oneself from one place to another.[1]
In 43.5 ABY, when Jedi Grand Master Luke Skywalker and his son, Jedi Knight Ben Skywalker, visited the Aing-Tii homeworld, Luke was taught the technique by Tadar'Ro.[1] Abeloth utilized this ability while battling an allied force of Sith and Jedi in 44 ABY.[3]
In 45 ABY, Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa Solo used this power to advance upon the Qrephs while inside the Monolith.[4]
Fold space was also used in a way known as "Aura of Freedom", which allowed the user and nearby allies to resist being moved with the Force.[2]
