For'ali was an elderly Twi'lek scholar during the reign of the Galactic Alliance. A tan-skinned Twi'lek from Ryloth, For'ali was an expert in non-verbal communication, and was an acquaintance of Jacen Solo. He was one of the three scholars who could understand Tahu'ip and help decode the mystery of the Tassels.
