Force of Will
Force of Will was a distinctive Force power that allowed the user to employ or resist the effects of mental based Force powers.
Force of Will is typically associated with the thought shield technique present in nearly all Force-sensitives, as it is the sheer mental component that blocks out other invading consciousnesses. However, Force of WIll is also the driving force behind nearly all telepathic and other mental based attacks, and is present in nearly all force users.
Many species with advanced cognitive capabilities, such as the Omwati, the Givin, and the Cereans had far more powerful Force of Will than other sentients, and were capable of feats of telepathy and mind control vastly more powerful than other sentients. Some specialized training also boosted a sentients Force of Will, and even trained sentients to defend or invade from other minds more efficiently.
