Forley was a stormtrooper assigned to Jerec's fleet in 5 ABY. He was the sergeant of Patrol 341, led by Lieutenant Aagon and containing Leeno. The patrol was destroyed on Ruusan by a collection of settlers led by Kyle Katarn, Jan Ors, and Grif Grawley. Forley was killed during the battle by an indigenous Bouncer.
