The result of the debate was change the "Behind the scenes" required for OOU articles in the MoS to "Continuity".1358(Talk) 09:44, May 11, 2012 (UTC)
Hello ladies and gents,
For some time now, we've been treating out-of-universe articles as "behind the scenes" articles in and of themselves. As such, not one single OOU FA or GA currently has a BTS section. Nevertheless, the MoS currently states that all OOU articles on reference works should have a BTS (listed at number 9). This proposal is to change the ninth line from "Behind the scenes" to "Continuity", because that's the section that we've generally used in its place. I realize the MoS for OOU works is flexible, but since we oppose BTS sections in OOU articles throughout the site, I really don't think we should be promoting them in the MoS.
(As an additional note: there was general agreement to officially do away with this section in OOU articles before, but previousvotes on the matter involved lots of other issues, as they dealt with full additions to the LG, and both ultimately resulted in no consensus.)
