During the Battle of Geonosis in Ep II, Yoda orders the gunship pilot to fly him to the Forward Command Post.
A bit later we see Yoda join a couple clone commanders on a...machine.
What is this machine?
Is this a 'Forward Command Post' by name?
Is there an article anywhere on this contraption. It is difficult to tell from the movie whether its on the ground, just above the ground or floating high on repulsorlift.
Yeah, i remember those things on the ground. I think it is prolly what I said above though.JediBob 22:45, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
A 'Forward Command Post' is a fortified staging area closest to the conflict on a battlefield. It could be a an SPHA, it could be a bunker, it could be a trench, or anything else that can serve the purpose. Though I don't know exactly what it was in that specific battle, a 'Forward Command Post' is not a specific object or fortification. It's simply a designated organization point on the battlefield. So what's the machine in Battlefront? I know it's not the "Forward Command Post"... but it's got to be something. JorrelFraajic 02:57, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
