OK, this is getting out of hand to a ludicroud degree. Is it possible to remove the "Tag this image" feature from Wookieepedia? Kaal-Jhyy had been tagging images left and right that have no reason to be tagged. Tagging Luke Skywalker to the Luke Skywalker article is pointless and rediculous, and with countless others, it's a nuisance. - JMAS 17:44, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

  • Actually, what he's doing is really quite helpful and eliminates the need for galleries. If you tag an image, it gets an extra link on the image page...if you click that link, then you can see all other images that are tagged with the same tag. So if, for example, every image featuring Luke Skywalker is tagged (including those that only feature him) then you've just got yourself a tagged gallery. I applaud Kaal-Jhyy's work. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 18:12, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
    • I wasn't aware of the automatic gallery that was generated. That is a good feature. I guess I'll just have to hope they tweak the feature itself a bit then, such as: 1. Make the box that appears on the image less obtrusive (maybe a 2 or 3 pixel border) 2. Make the location you place the tag more accurate and definable. - JMAS 18:40, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
