Vader: "Obi-Wan never told you what happened to your father."
Luke: "He told me enough! He told me you killed him!"
This just dawned on me a few minutes ago, and now I'll probably have trouble sleeping until I get an answer. :P Vader states that "Obi-Wan never told you what happened to your father." But how does he know that? Unless I'm missing something, Vader has seen Obi-Wan exactly once in the past 22 years, and on that occasion he killed him. So how in the world does he know what Obi-Wan did and did not tell Luke? Or is simply a gaping plot hole with no answer? —MJ—War Room 01:21, April 15, 2013 (UTC)
The Force told him so. No, really, it's likely nothing more than Vader took an educated guess, given that Luke hadn't said anything or confronted him about being his son during the duel up until that point. - JMASHey, it's me! 01:29, April 15, 2013 (UTC)
