How come that the color of the lasers are different? JEDI lightsabers are green or blue while SITH are red. So far so good. But why are the TIE-Fighters shooting green laser and X-wings shoots red lasers?—Unsigned comment by220.127.116.11 (talk • contribs).
Lightsabers vary in colour by the colour of the crystal used—Jedi use natural crystals so they can be a variety of colours, while Sith tend to use artificial crystals, which is why they're pretty much always red. I believe the variance in blaster bolt colours comes from a combination of different 'fuel' materials (ie Tibanna gas) as well as how it's processed. — DigiFluid(Whine here) 23:39, August 19, 2013 (UTC)
Different manufacturers would have different preferences. Fe Nite (talk) 21:56, January 3, 2014 (UTC)
