In the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic, the Sith Inquisitor class uses the ability called 'Seethe' to regain health after combat. When activated, both the character and its clothes turn red, and the character also walks around with a condescending look.
The way the character walks around looks an awful lot like the way Darth Maul walks around during his duel with Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi on Naboo, more specific at the moment he waits for the laser-wall to deactivate in order to resume his duel with Qui-Gon Jinn.
Is Darth Maul using the Sith ability of Seethe or is this a happy coincidence?
Its an in-game mechanic paying homage to Darth Maul. Their is also an ability called Maul, in SWTOR that requires an electrostaff and a double-bladed lightsaber. No coincidence their. Perhaps in-universe it is a Sith battle trait, when downing an enemy and then about to face another, but I heavily doubt it.Darth Pickle 2 (talk) 19:36, July 19, 2013 (UTC)
It definitely sounds like an homage to Maul. But in Episode 1, did Maul or his clothes change color? No. So I would not alter Darth Maul's article. If you want to make a note under "Behind the Scenes," that might be more appropriate.--Richterbelmont10 (talk) 02:06, July 20, 2013 (UTC)
