In Episode II, Attack of the Clones, Dooku fled to his hangar in a speeder and was pursued by a Republic Gunship. When asked to shoot down the speeder, the clone pilot said the Gunship was out of rockets. If this meant the rockets from the mass driver missile launchers, then the gunship probably was out of rockets. Yet the gunship has laser cannons and 4 air-to-air missiles under each wing, the latter of which was clearly visible under the right wing in the movie. Why not shoot Dooku down with the air-to-air missiles, that's what their meant for. Probably just an oversight though. Just checking with anyone else.—Unsigned comment by18.104.22.168 (talk • contribs).
This isn't a space for speculation; this type of conversation is best held somewhere like TheForce.net or EUCantina.net. But not to give you the complete brush-off: this exact scene bothers me so much. There are potential explanations though, like maybe those blasters and lasers are too hard to aim and his speeder was moving too fast. Or maybe the ship's targeting computers were too damaged or the Jedi were under orders to capture Dooku alive but again...all pure speculation at this point... --praguepride(Talk) 16:22, September 5, 2014 (UTC)
