Hello, this is a question regarding the Jedi order's perception of the clone army - especially at the beginning of the clone wars.
Wouldn't it seem strange to the Jedi that the army of clones that they were working together with had been created from a bounty hunter who they knew had worked for Count Dooku? I know Obi-Wan was told that the army was requested by Sifo-Dias (and that the army was paid for by Hego Damask), but to them that still seems to leave the question of Fett's connection to the whole operation and thus could leave it very tainted.
Based on "The Lost One," the answer would appear to be that they knew there was some sort of conspiracy—in that episode, they learn that Jango was hired by Count Dooku—but they didn't know what it was. They were consumed with fighting the war so, in their view, they had no choice but to continue using the clone army. They just had to remain vigilant, but ultimately the clone army was their undoing. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 06:41, January 6, 2015 (UTC)
