You're referring to the one that was brought down by Antilles and Janson right? Once it was tangled up, they hit the neck joint. It is a vulnerable point of the walker. The weak neck joint was also mentioned in Luskin Exovar's tale about how he acquired an AT-AT head. Note that this is a "tall tale" told from a 1997 RPG sourcebook but it does collaborate the weakness in the design. --praguepride(Talk) 13:58, June 5, 2014 (UTC)
As one more source for the neck joint being weak, in both Battlefront console games the neck is the AT-AT's critical hit location, on which a hit causes significantly more damage than a hit on any other portion of the vehicle.
