I'm playing battlefront 2 and on kamino during the clone wars I can be jango fett and fight for the CIS against the clones. My question is that if jango was the guy who modeled for the clones then why is he fighting and killing them? Thanks The Awesome X! 20:40, February 20, 2012 (UTC)
It's a game. And Jango was siding with the CIS in Attack of the Clones. 1358(Talk) 20:44, February 20, 2012 (UTC)
Well than why was he sided with the CIS in AOTC?
He wasn't. He was with Dooku, the man paying him. Bounty hunter: "apart from his pay, which is considerable..." – DigiFluid 23:55, February 20, 2012 (UTC)
Wouldn't he feel any sort of attatchment towards them though?
Why would he? He was in it for the paycheck, and the man signing the check was on Geonosis. It's suggested in Karen Traviss' Commando books (Order 66 and 501st, IIRC) that Jango allied himself with Dooku, a Jedi turncoat, in order to facilitate revenge on the Jedi for massacring the True Mandalorians, but this was only speculation from Kal Skirata and Walon Vau and not from Fett's mouth. It was however explicitly right out of Jango's mouth in the Open Season comic, which was what the RepCom example was pseudo-referencing. Bella'Mia 02:20, February 21, 2012 (UTC)
I didn't realize that–good to know! – DigiFluid 02:58, February 21, 2012 (UTC)
