What type of missions do Jedi masters and Knights take their padawans on for example do they go into battle a gang of pirates or smugglers or hunt down criminals like police or detectives. Or is it a more of a go into nature and learn the force type of mission —Unsigned comment by 69.251.45.170 (talk • contribs).
- It depends on the individual Master's style of teaching, but for the most part, before the Clone Wars it's closer to the first one. Generally, Padawans will simply go with their Masters on whatever missions they're assigned, which may range from tracking down dangerous criminals to helping mediate peace talks, or a whole range of other stuff. Some good reading on this subject would be the whole Jedi Apprentice and Jedi Quest series, which cover the training of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker respectively. —Master Jonathan(Jedi Council Chambers) 05:42, October 15, 2009 (UTC)
