I'm not really sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but I have Omnibus: Clone Wars Volume 2: The Enemy on All Sides, and I'm wondering whether a leaf is missing from its copy of Jedi: Yoda. In the comic, Navi's treachery is exposed, and he is arrested at the end. However, by the second half of the comic, I was rather confused at what was going on, and only by reading the Wookieepedia article, was my confusion remedied.
The location where I suspect there may be a missing leaf is here: Yoda has just arrived on Thustra, and Cal is expecting either Mace Windu or Oppo Rancisis. The last panel of this page has him exclaiming surprise as he sees Yoda exit the Consular-class cruiser. Then the very next page has Navi explaining to Pix where to launch a surprise assault on the Sephi, and there is mention that due to Yoda's death, Pix is now in command.
I was confused by this point because Cal and Pix had just seen Yoda arrive on the previous panel, but by the next page, Yoda's death is mentioned as though it had already been news. Thus, there appears to be a time-skip where several scenes were passed over. On the page after this, Cal and Yoda are apparently at the palace as prisoners with Cal asserting to Yoda that their release has been negotiated, but Yoda tries to warn him that it is a trap. In the ensuing battle, the Sephi makes mention of a plot by the Republic to assassinate the king, and when Cal dies, he blames Yoda for not "taking the king" when he had a chance.
My confusion stems from the lack of any illustration of how Cal and Yoda arrived at the palace in the first place as prisoners; there seems to be some significant event or another that was skipped over. One moment Pix and Cal are watching Yoda arrive on Thustra, the next Cal and Yoda are in prison. Cal's dying words seems to note that during their attempted meeting with king (which is not shown, at least in my version of the comic), Cal had urged Yoda to kill Alaric. Related Wookieepedian articles describe that Cal and Yoda had argued about Jedi philosophy while at the palace and while Yoda was away, Navi's aide, Moje had been the one to convince Cal that an escape route had been negotiated. On Pix's end, there is nothing to show where she had learned of Yoda's supposed death, but the Wookieepedian articles mention that it was Navi that had lied to her.
By now, having written this, I can almost be certain that at least one leaf is missing in my version of Omnibus: Clone Wars Volume 2: The Enemy on All Sides. Note that nothing appears to be ripped-out from the book, and the only indication there is a missing leaf is the lack of transition between the scenes. So my question is: am I incorrect in assuming that there are pages missing? If I'm correct, does anyone who happen to own this volume know whether it is a mistake specific only to my copy or is it the same with all comics of Omnibus: Clone Wars Volume 2 throughout?
