Can someone help me with Order 66?
As shown in the Clone Wars series every clone has some kind of ship, but what haven't understand what it does. Does it unable clones to reason if they hear the words "execute order 66"??
I have been thinking but I really can't understand why the clones killed the Jedi.
I know they were declared enemies of the Republic, but the clones knew there generals, the Jedi, and they knew that some of them would never do anything wrong.
For example, Cody knew Kenobi very well, but when Palpatine contacted him he shot Kenobi without a second thought, after have retrieved his lightsaber to him.
This leads me to another thought, did the clones were bad guys since the beginning without anyone noticing it. I'm a bit lost at this matter, so can someone help me and tell me what really this is all about??

It triggered total compliance and forced them into killing the Jedi. It stripped away all of the individuality that the clones worked for during the war. That's the tragedy of the clones—after years of asking to be recognized as people instead of genetically-made soldiers, and showing that they were their own unique individuals, it was all wiped away in an instant. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 22:32, April 1, 2015 (UTC)
Sorry I haven't understand, but what triggered total compliance? - Pedronog (talk) 23:08, April 1, 2015 (UTC)Pedronog
The bio-chip implanted in their brains. That chip forced clones into total compliance once Sidious gave the command to "Execute Order 66." - Brandon Rhea(talk) 23:28, April 1, 2015 (UTC)
Now I got it. Thank you very much!! Pedronog (talk) 23:34, April 1, 2015 (UTC)Pedronog
