I was reading the Death Star page and it said,
- During the Battle of Geonosis, Archduke Poggle the Lesser, leader of the Geonosians, returned the top-secret designs to Count Dooku to prevent it from falling into the hands of the Jedi. Dooku took the designs back to Coruscant and gave them to Darth Sidious, his dark master.
Does that mean the Geonosians were making the Death Star? --From TrekkyStar Open Hailing Frequencies 12:33, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- The Geonosians had a part in it, yes. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 13:00, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
Not necessarily, Sidious planned to have the entire galaxy under his belt, and at the end of the clone wars and the beginning of building, he had it. The people building it would have been anyone Palpatine wanted. Hope that helps Naboo pilot 06:13, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- Yup, the Geonosians were part of the work force and originally helped design the station itself. They were the first to work on it for the Confederacy during the Clone Wars, and later on for the Empire. VT-16 06:35, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- And then they were part of the construction slave labor, as per a mission in Empire at War.Taral, Dark Lord of the Sith 14:20, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- In the series trailer of the clone wars General Grievous seemed to have control of what looks like a "death star"Except the laser is purple and electrical instead of strait green,is this possibly a "CIS death star"?Sith-venator
- Are you perhaps referring to the Dark Reaper? Soresumakashi 10:13, 21 August 2008 (UTC)
- I think he's referring to the Malevolence. It's in the Clone Wars Visual Guide.Taral, Dark Lord of the Sith 12:35, 21 August 2008 (UTC)
