Ok I just thought of this as i was reading Edge of Victory: Conquest, since Yuuzhan Vong are "cut off" from the Force their attacks (with ampistaffs and in coral skippers) can't be anticipated right? Well since droids aren't part of the Force either (because they aren't living) shouldn't their attacks (blasters and starfighters) not be able to be anticipated either? Jedi and Sith can anticipate attacks from humans with those things because a living being is firing or flying those things. So since droids aren't living, they can't be anticipated. Help me out here!GrandAdmiralJake 20:56, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- You're talking about two separate things. Droids are certainly part of the Force. Everything is. Rocks, dirt, etc etc. That's why their attacks can be sensed. The Vong on the other hand, somehow mask themselves from being sensed, or effected by the Force. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think how they do it has actually been discovered/explained, but that's the difference. AdmiralKnight 15:58, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yuuzhan'tar cut them off from the Force. But AdmiralKnight is correct, droids, amongst pretty much everything else except the Vong, exist within the Force and thus can be anticipated. DarthDragon164Dragon's Lair 21:43, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
- Just to clarify, in Invincible, Ben Skywalker thinks about how he is able to sense droids as a bundle or collection of electricity.
