Why did'nt palpatine give luke a sith name when he was briefly apprenticed to him. I understand the darth name had'nt been applied to all sith yet, but thats no excuse, it should be retconed. And for that matter why didnt tahiri veila get one, and why wasnt lord starkiller darth starkiller in the non-canonical dark side ending.
Per the Rule of Two, until Vader or Palpatine died, Starkiller couldn't assume the title of Darth. DD97Which bear is best? 21:35, September 28, 2011 (UTC)
Also you have to remember that Palpatine had (as Vader) other apprentices that weren't necessarily Sith, and that not all Sith have the Darth title such as Lord Kaan--Kittor 22:48, September 28, 2011 (UTC)
Darth Plagueis' master, currently unknown, but soon to be revealed in the Darth Plagueis novel, does have the Darth title, but the Sith name is not yet known. 22.214.171.124 06:17, September 29, 2011 (UTC)
