Did Dooku ever know that Darth Sidious was Palpatine? Thanks The Awesome X! 18:48, February 20, 2012 (UTC)

• Yes. In the novelization of Revenge of the Sith (one of the best Star Wars books ever written, in my opinion), Dooku and Palpatine are on familiar terms as apprentice and master. Only when they realize that the Jedi are almost there does Dooku bind Palpatine to the chair, to make him appear the prisoner.   • So, wouldn't you say that Dooku might have realized that since Palpatine had control of both sides of the clone wars and their armies, that Palpatine might be sided towards one of the sides? Do you think that Dooku was a little suspicious of Palpatine? Because of all the backstabbing that Sidious/Palpatine did to his enemies and such, he could easily do to his apprentice correct? And when Anakin was about to behead Dooku, and Sidious said "Kill him! Do it!" Why didn't Dooku say something along the lines of "SIDIOUS IS PALPATINE!!!"?
