does Durge have a weekness and if it is what is it and please dont say being pushed in to a star cause thats not really a weekness thats his cause of death that wouled pretty much kill any one in the star wars universe and probably any univerese —Unsigned comment by Tomahawk23 (talk • contribs).
- Gen'Dai eventually die after 4.000-7,000 years, and they are vulnerable to mental disease in their old age. As Durge was only 2,000 years old, it's safe to say he had no weakness (which I take to mean "ways to kill him") aside from the standard complete pulverization or decimation by star. - k thanks for telling me and this also means that he s in vunrble to flame throwers right im asking cause he was killed by fire and yes i know their s a huge diffrence between that so yhe and poison counts as desiese right —Unsigned comment by Tomahawk23 (talk • contribs).
- Well, no, that's not what it means at all. I did not say his weakness was fire. I said it was him being completely decimated, by either vaporization (Star) or pulverization (Looney Tunes meets real life and goes awry). His virtual immortality means that he must be completely and utterly annihilated to be killed: a flamethrower leaves remains and has been survived by real people. Also, poison of the mind and poison of the body are two different things: one being the onset of eventual senility (or the results of too much television) and the other being a snake bite. He can survive any conventional physical injury or toxin through regeneration. Please sign posts with four tildes (~). NaruHina Talk 06:04, September 10, 2011 (UTC)

- If he was cut up into small pieces and those pieces were kept apart from each other he'd have no way of regenerating 67.80.96.25 19:19, September 11, 2011 (UTC)
- Apparently escape pods and stars. – Karohalva 22:06, September 11, 2011 (UTC)
- That's a misconception brought about by an oversaturation of pulp fiction. Reconstruction is what you're referring to, the parts putting themselves back together. Regeneration, a Gen'dai's ability, is when the mass repairs itself like your body does after a cut. There's no canon on whether or not separating the pieces would be an effective way to kill him, but it's doubtful because the sheer speed of his shown regeneration is so fast that capturing the parts would be difficult and he can control each bit of flesh. - I dont think he couled regenerate from disentegration you know where you just disipear into mid air i think thats his only weekness —Unsigned comment by Tomahawk23 (talk • contribs).
- When one disintegrates, they do not disappear into thin air. Mass does not simply vanish. Disintegration is when the parts of a mass are split into multitudes of microscopic particles and this object appears to vanish. There's no canon on if he could survive that or not. I've told you twice the confirmed ways they can die: decimation (star) or pulverization (Looney Tunes). Also, reminding you again, sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~) and use bullets to separate your comment, as I've demonstrated. NaruHina Talk 22:12, September 11, 2011 (UTC)
I think he can die by Disintegration and im aware that you dont disipear into mid air but i looks like that and i dont really know the details im just going by what it looked like in Forbiden Planet and what ive herd
