Please excuse me, and I don't mean to offend anyone, but I've got to get something off my chest. There are two types of editors I simply can't stand: 1. Those who come on here solely to turn the article for the latest "cool game" into GameFAQs.com and 2. Those who go around hyping up abilities of characters like Grievous or Mace Windu. (Ex. "Mace easily overpowered Palpatine with his superior knowledge of Vaapad.") Adamwankenobi 15:14, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

  • Extreme support. I would add 3. Those who think that Wookieepedia is a prose writing competition, not an encyclopedia whose purpose is to objectively present facts. - Sikon 15:17, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
    • My pet peeve is people who create threads all about their pet peeves. If you've got a problem, send in an Anderson Tape. Havac 17:53, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
      • Hey man, some of us prefer the old fashioned text-rant. ;) Adamwankenobi 18:55, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
  • I only ask one thing of people: please spell Wookieepedia correctly. -- Riffsyphon1024 04:59, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1... people who enter a character's "Homeworld" in the infobox, based on their species alone. I fear Wookieepedia has hundreds of these instances. --Azizlight 05:23, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1: The fact that we have articles on real life people, but people kick up a stink when we start documenting their lives. .... 05:28, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
    • That was part of the Wookiee-concept from the beginning, without the controversy though. -- Riffsyphon1024 05:54, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1: People who write extensive and almost entirely OOU biographies on anyone who has ever had anything at all to do with Star Wars. "Wipe them out... All of them." Evir Daal 10:09, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
    • Of COURSE it's OOU...it's an article on a real person, which means it's not IU (obviously). Which would you rather have: an article consiting entirely of "Mark Hammill played Luke Skywalker in the original trilogy" and links to Wikipedia and IMDB, or a long, well thought out biography that includes his other work as well? I personally prefer the latter, because only having links to Wikipedia and IMDB sure seems like it's a lazy ass thing for us to do. StarNeptuneTalk to me! 10:20, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Oh, and +1: Wise-asses. .... 10:28, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1: Not flushing the toilet. C'mon people, it's common courtesy! Cull Tremayne 10:33, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • People who use the {{Information}} template on images and then add a separate Licensing subheading when the template has a nice little spot for that built in. - JMAS 12:11, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
    • In their defense, the dropdown menu that allows people to easily add the separate Licensing subheading still exists on the upload page. Adding the licensing info into the {{Information}} template is much more difficult since you need to know or remember the name of the actual template in order to do it. The dropdown menu should be removed, and the templates should be listed on the page somewhere to prevent this from happening. --Azizlight 12:20, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
      • I talked to wikia a while back about this. Still no response... —Xwing328(Talk) 23:55, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Oh, here's one more: People who create new IU pages and don't source or categorize them. Adamwankenobi 12:17, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • So yea I definitely agree with the first statement made on this forum. TitanSithspit! Talk to me! 15:17, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1 People who complain when a bot messes something simple up, without fixing it themselves. Come on! They're saving you a lot of trouble already. —Xwing328(Talk) 23:55, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1 Other people's peeves. KEJ 11:09, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1 Peeves about peeves. .... 11:13, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Oh! Oh! +1 Peeves about peeves about peeves! XD DarthMRN 11:29, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +½ Other people's peeves about other other people's peeves about my peeves about other people's peeves. KEJ 11:31, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +1 Fractions. --School of Thrawn 101 11:40, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
    • Did you know that 5 out of 4 people have a problem with fractions? -- Riffsyphon1024 04:33, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
      • I think five out of four people have heard that joke too. :p Havac 05:29, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
  • +5: Duplicate images (especially ones with Wookieepedia as the source). Copy and paste pagemoving. When people upload a completely different and crappier image over an already existing one. When people post objections to information in an article in the middle of the article itself. Pointless "trivia" about how "this was the only time that such and such happened, apart from a bunch of other times". -- I need a name (Complain here) 16:20, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
