Assuming this post goes through, my problem is that I'm a new user and not allowed to make external links yet, but even when I don't, I get the message: "This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed. If you believe your edit was constructive, please contact an administrator, and inform them of what you were trying to do. A brief description of the abuse rule which your action matched is: New user adding external link"
I don't want to keep trying to push edits through if it's going to mark me as a spammer.
Sorry, figured it out. The user's talk page I was trying to respond on had external links already. I'll just have to wait a few days to get back to him. Winchester 327 13:54, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
Was it my message? If so, just respond on your own talk page. It's just as effective. :) MasterFred(Whatever) 13:59, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
