Does anybody know when exactly the new Clone Wars media fits into the SW timeline? I mean, I know its between AOTC and ROTS, but I mean specifically. I ask because I'm maintaining a library of all my novels/comics and I want to mkae sure everything is still in chronological order. Like, its obviously after Anakin gets knighted, and before Asajj gives him his funky facial scars. Anyone know a more precise timeline? Thank you.Taral, Dark Lord of the Sith 14:44, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- The new Clone Wars stuff is actually re-arranging a lot of what we previously thought we knew about the timeline of the Clone Wars. So, not only do we not know exactly when it is, we now don't know exactly when anything else was, either. jSarek 15:02, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- The Clone Wars is set sometime in year one of the war. Yes, that messes up more than a few things. Yrfeloran 15:04, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- Obviously that cannot be correct as Skywalker doesn't even receive his Knighthood until after the Mission to Vjun, which occurs in year 3 of the war. The new media has to take place sometime within the small period between the Mission to Vjun and the Battle of Coruscant. Tmanarl 19:52, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, it doesn't. In the novelization of the film, Anakin specifically says he's twenty - and he was born in 42 BBY, setting the book in 22 BBY. As of now, the entire Clone Wars timeline is screwed up. Unless Anakin became a Knight only to be demoted and re-Knighted later on. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 20:40, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

- It's not only between the Mission to Vjun and the battle of Coruscnat but before the battle of Boz Pity. Because thats when Asajj "leaves" the war. JediNTT307 02:59, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
- No, it's not, because Lucas et. al. are changing around at least the timeline of the war. Some events might not survive. Yrfeloran 03:53, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
