Hello, administrators and great users alike, I am wondering, whenever you bring up the template of "Candidate for speedy deletion" can you please wait for a day before actually deleting the page? Especially when it come down to forum posts, as I personally want to know why was the page deleted in the first place or else I will be looking for a page that don't exist. Please do tell me what you think. Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 06:16, December 29, 2011 (UTC)
Not exactly "speedy" if they have to wait around for every last person who wants to look at it, is it? DigiFluid 20:05, December 29, 2011 (UTC)
Any article or page of dubious nature (except in rare cases) is subject to deletion at any time by an administrator, whether it has the CSD template added to it or not. We're not going to wait around for you or anyone to catch up with current events. If you're wondering why a KB or SH forum thread was deleted, there's a pretty good chance it has to do with one of the following forum page notifications that have been posted for everyone's reference:
SH: Wookieepedia is not a general discussion board. Star Wars questions may be asked at the Knowledge Bank or referred to an external forum such as the Jedi Council Forums on TheForce.Net. Off-topic posts are subject to deletion.
KB: The Knowledge Bank is only for canonically answerable questions. Incorrect or speculatory answers will be reverted or removed, while sourced or otherwise verifiable answers may remain. Off-topic posts are subject to deletion.Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:12, December 29, 2011 (UTC)
And with all due respect, if it was deleted, chances are it wasn't worth you looking at it, so you shouldn't have much to worry about. MasterFred(Whatever) 14:41, January 3, 2012 (UTC)
