I apparently violated some rule by typing out the full information in the back of a collection of stories about a certain author. I cited page and book title, etc., as the source of the information. My change was reverted, with a rather cryptic note, ending with "No dice." Are verbatim quotes (supplied by the person) from such a collection restricted in some way (such as copyright)? --GooRoo 05:33, December 15, 2011 (UTC)
Judging from the edit summary, it seems this is simply a matter of not copying large amounts of text from a book, which is considered plagiarism, no matter how well sourced. You need to rewrite everything you find into your own words. Toprawa and Ralltiir 05:53, December 15, 2011 (UTC)
