I've noticed that all of the Canon articles only include the Canon appearances of that element (be it alien race, character, ship, etc.). This makes for some confusion as the "First Appearance" is only the first appearance within Canon, not it's true first appearance ever. I propose that we also include in this list the true first appearance, even if it happens to be in Legends material. You could include a "Canon First Appearance" in these cases to show when it first appeared in Canon. This would add an interesting historical note to Canon articles.
Alternatively, or possibly in addition, someone (possibly myself) should start a new page that lists all of the Legends elements that have been included in Canon material. This would be a fascinating list that shows "Canonized" Legends material. What think ye? —Unsigned comment byDiscobob (talk • contribs).
The first Legends appearance could (and should) be included as a fact in the behind the scenes section, to show where the subject originated. However, the Appearance list is continuity-specific, so Canon Appearances should only include Canon. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 15:57, June 22, 2015 (UTC)
