The image on Mace Windu's Page that says it's original concept art of him, is this actually an early image of Mace Windu or is it something else?

The actual name of the image is:

'unknown dark sider adept' however it is in the Mace Windu 'character concept' section.

So is this an unknown dark sider image or is it actually concept art for Mace Windu? I'd like to think it's concept art for Mace Windu myself - feels light sider to me!

• Hi there! I believe that the image has "Unknown Dark Sider Adept" in the filename because it appeared in The Dark Side Sourcebook as an image for a generic dark side user. However, it was originally Mace concept art, as seen here. Concept art finds its way into canon all the time; Asajj Ventress was based off concept art for the character that would eventually become Dooku! • The Art of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace also identifies it as Mace Windu. It was designed before Samuel L. Jackson had been cast and so the face was based on an ILM modeler named Steve Aplin. -- Darth Culator ^(Talk) 03:45, June 26, 2012 (UTC)
