This is a question I've had for a decade, but for some reason I've neglected to ask it until now xD. I've always noticed that with small articles, they don't always have infoboxes. Is there a specific policy on when an article is too short to warrant an infobox? Should we always add infoboxes no matter what the case even when we only have information for 2-3 parameters? In other words are articles lacking infoboxes incorrect? Sol Pacificus (talk) 03:38, February 17, 2016 (UTC)
- The one hard-and-fast rule is to avoid empty infoboxes. If the only field you're able to fill out is the name of the subject, then don't include the infobox, it serves no purpose. Otherwise, feel free to put it if it's not the already. ProfessorTofty (talk) 07:54, February 17, 2016 (UTC)
- I just came across this. In such cases, should the infobox be removed? Sol Pacificus (talk) 08:51, February 17, 2016 (UTC)
- Nope, since there's information in there. Even if there's only one field (other than the name), an infobox should be included. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 13:06, February 17, 2016 (UTC)
