I was wondering if it were possible to add the lightsaber colours of the lightsaber(s) of a Jedi to the Infobox in articles. I don't know how to do it and I was just wondering if anyone was interested or knows how to do it.Unsigned comment by (talk • contribs).

  • The times that I see lightsabre colours mentioned is usually within the main body of the article. Trak Nar 07:05, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
    • It is neither possible nor advisable to fit lightsaber color into infoboxes, IMHO.--Goodwood Redstarbird (Alliance Intelligence) 07:20, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
      • It is technically possible, of course. The problem is that Jedi change lightsaber colors over time, not to mention continuity errors. Knowing this, there could be heated debates about which color to add. By the way, many of our main pics tell about the Jedi's lightsaber's color. - TopAce (Talk) 18:24, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
        • It would seem kind of pointless to me...but doable.Tank 16:27, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
          • Not a good idea. Pointless too. Unit 8311 19:47, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

I think it's a good idea, but the like TopAce points out continuity problems are just too great. I was reading the article on Kyp Durron earlier - there are pictures of him with 3 different colour lightsabres in it; red, yellow/green and purple - but the article only says Kyp used a red lightsbre and doesn't mention him replacing it or using anyone elses. --Darth Xadún 11:27, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
