This may not be the place to ask this, but how would you be able to get permission to write a Star Wars book, like the Del Rey novels? If you don't do you just contact the publishing company? I might be interested in writing one, and I was wondering how you go about doing it.--IG-Prime(Sentience Core)

- Be an established science fiction author before even starting Star Wars. -- Riffsyphon1024 21:42, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
- Oh, that's too bad. I don't want to build a career, only write a book.--IG-Prime(Sentience Core)

- Yep. Only way to write a Star Wars book is to be asked, and the only way to be asked is to be an established author. -- Ozzel 07:25, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
- They're trying to maintain quality by only asking established authors. Though that doesn't explain The Crystal Star. Green Tentacle (Talk) 09:36, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
