the Gen Dai species is in the changeling group but there is no information that they can shapeshift or change form.

  • Watch the episodes with Durge in them from the Clone Wars series. -- Doo Doo talk Jabba'sDesilijicClanTattoo-SWFF 09:21, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

so is that a yes or no?

  • so why are they in the changling catagory?
    • Quite simply, because they can change shape. They can't adopt the appearance of another species like the Clawdites or Shi'ido can, but that isn't a prerequisite for being a shapeshifter (as the presence of Proteans and Polydroxol on the list demonstrate). jSarek 01:34, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
  • I'm pretty darn sure they can. Durge was a Gen Dai. In Star Wars Clone Wars, during the Battle of Muunilinst, whenever he is riding his speeder bike and all the stuff that happened outside of the Separatist HQ in the city, he seems to be humanoid. Later, when he blasts into the HQ on his jetpack, he's all gigantic, has no skin, and looks like he just ate one too many burgers. Cloney 14:33, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
