Hello. Is it possible to create a dynamic page with scripts like the Recent Changes "Hide" buttons? Thanks. — RedVix | 02:19, 17 April 2009 (UTC) (22:19 EST)

  • What kind of dynamic page? If you're referring to dynamic Recent changes, it's quite possible to enable that by simply checking the AJAX box at the top of the RC page. Atarumaster88 Jedi Order (Talk page) 05:41, 18 April 2009 (UTC)
    • Let's say I want to do a list of books and with scripts we could show/hide the junior novels or the ebooks, etc. — RedVix | 10:48, 18 april 2009 (EST)
      • I think RedVix means a special page that's more than a Disambiguation page. A page that, for example, would direct the viewer to a number of articles. "Recent Changes" is a dynamic page, and i think he/she wants to make a page that has the similar function. Or does this RedVix fellow actually want to make a disambiguation page? :| — Unsigned comment by 98.151.178.115
        • No I want to do a list of books with scripts so we could show/hide the junior/adult novels or the ebooks, etc. Then we could regroup all the lists on the same page and use filter as we wish instead of having to browse 3 or 4 different unupdated lists. — RedVix | 18:24, 18 april 2009 (EST)
          • Wikipedia has something similar here. We also have it on most of our article templates, such as Template:Cleanup. SoresuMakashi(Everything I tell you is a lie) 00:06, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
            • Hmm thanks that's great but it wouldn't work in a list. I want something that works like the "Hide/Show" in the Recent Changes. — RedVix | 20:53, 18 april 2009 (EST)
