The EasyTimeline extension is currently broken on Wikia, although JasonR promised to look into it. I generated an image on Meta, in m:Meta:Sandbox, and inserted it into Old Sith Wars. See [1] for the source code, which you can paste into the Meta sandbox until the extension is fixed here. Do you think such images would be appropriate on Wookieepedia? - Sikon [Talk] 18:19, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Sure, I don't see why not. RMF 23:56, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Sikon, be honest now, how many pounds of Wiki formatting textbooks do you have? —MarcK [talk] 04:51, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
    • None, actually - all the documentation is on Meta. I just saw an extension name on Special:Version and decided to test it, that's all. - Sikon [Talk] 09:53, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
  • That is really impressive. Great work, and I'm all for it being used elsewhere! Kuralyov 05:01, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
  • eyeboggles. YES! - Breathesgelatin 09:53, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Damn, Sikon. You never cease to amaze me. It's great, and we need more. -- Riffsyphon1024 22:39, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

Yeah it does look nice I looked at it earlier and it looks like it fits pretty well! Unsigned comment by DarthVader7.0 (talk • contribs).

EasyTimeline works now. Look at the source for Old Sith Wars. - Sikon [Talk] 19:27, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

  • I created a video game timeline using EasyTimeline. It's as complete, and small, as I could make it. you can see it here. --Xwing328(Talk) 04:56, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
    • Fantastic! - Sikon [Talk] 10:20, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
      • Thanks for resizing it Sikon. Question...every time you preview or save a page with the easytimeline code, it creates a new png image. In order to keep from re-creating the image every time a page is edited, should we put the timeline code on a sub-page, and then just include the actual image on the main article? --Xwing328(Talk) 16:46, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
  • Excellent timeline! Just one thing; is it possible to add links to each battle listed on the timeline? It would be easier for viewers to simply click the link rather than having to search the article or Wiki - Kwenn 16:55, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
    • Unfortunately no, the timeline (and all of its contents) is just an image. They are not individual items that can be linked. --Xwing328(Talk) 18:57, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
