Forums > Senate Hall archive > SH Archive/FAQ reinforcements

I've noticed that there have been several "duh" moments on the forum. Most of the questions could be answered had the user been able to see a FAQ of them, though we have one already with a link on the Main Page. It seems that we need one more accessible to anons than just users with accounts. Anons are more likely to become good users if they know ahead of time. How would we make the FAQ and its link stand out more, and what things should we can add to it? -- Riffsyphon1024 21:56, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

  • We could put a link on the main Senate Hall page, or on the sidebar. —Silly Dan (talk) 21:59, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
    • The sidebar would be bold, but they would see it constantly. -- Riffsyphon1024 22:04, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
      • While it's already only one click away from "Help," which is already there, I think adding to the sidebar would be a good idea. Additionally, a link at the Senate Hall might help, even though it seems that text is often ignored. Perhaps something along the lines of "Before you post a question, check out the FAQ..." -- Ozzel 00:30, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
