  • For the behind the scenes section in articles, do we use asterisks or not (bullets by info in only some cases)? Some, like IG-88, do. Some, like Chewbacca, don't. It seems the majority don't have asterisks. I wasn't sure where to ask this question so if it doesn't belong here, I apologize. Chack Jadson 15:39, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
  • I see the BTS sections more as a list of facts and trivia rather than an extension of the article, so I use bullet points. I don't know what official policy is, though. - \\Captain Kwenn// Ahoy! 15:44, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
    • I don't think there is a policy. If not, there should be one. Chack Jadson 15:45, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
    • This depend on whether one is trying to make a list of items or paragraph(s) of text. Some guidelines would be helpful, but more rules aren't needed here in my opinion. -Fnlayson 16:33, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
      • Agreed. Sometimes, a bullet list is sufficient, but sometimes when you need to go into depth the regular paragraph format is more suited to presenting the information. jSarek 22:41, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
        • Perhaps we should update the Layout Guide to say that either way is acceptable. -- Ozzel 23:14, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
    • I don't think we should have everything written as a policy. Sometimes, precedents suffice. - Sikon 14:21, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
