I'm wondering, do those notice boxes under an article's title mean that editors should do something about it, or is it just a notice to readers? Like when the box states that the title of the article is a nickname or callsign, is that just informing the reader, or should we do something about it. Just a question! • That depends. The {{Nickname}} and {{Conjecture}} templates (click the links to see what they look like) are notices that the title is not the subject's actual name, but it is the best we can do. If you have a source that gives these articles an actual title, then you can and should edit and possibly move the article to reflect this. Templates like {{Cleanup}}, on the other hand, are notices that there's something wrong with the article as it stands, and any editor who wants to try is welcome to fix it. Others, like {{Fanon}} and {{Delete}} may mean that you should ignore the article entirely and wait for an admin to delete it. Hope this helps. —Silly Dan (talk) 19:19, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
