When I was looking for a local copy of Vision of the Future, I found that my library's hardback copy had less pages than the paperback. On the Vision of the Future page it says there are 694 pages in the book, not which type. any other pages like this we need to fix. If there are any suggested sites please put them here. • Sometimes, when a book makes the transition from hardback to paperback, the number of pages increases due to the text being scaled to fit the paperback page dimensions and still be legible. Smaller page dimensions hold a different amount of text than larger page dimensions according to the publisher's specifications on print size, spacing, layout, and page margins. Overflow text goes to the next page, thereby increasing the number of pages. Trak Nar Ramble on 01:42, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
  • My question was, are there any other pages like this and if so, please let me know. Just telling ya. GrandAdmiralJake 18:44, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
  • There are probably several book pages with incorrect info. The information from the first release of the book should generally be what is in the infobox. Any additional releases, such as Vision of the Future's paperback release, should go in the "Editions" section. Also, page numbers can be tricky, because sometimes publisher's count every page, sometimes they only count the numbered pages, and often the numbering doesn't start at 1. And of course,, the Cargo Bay, and other book sites always have different page counts, release dates, etc. —Xwing328(Talk) 20:20, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
