Hi was wondering something. We have two sections for the images of poor quality. [[:Category:Images_for_cleanup|Images for cleanup]] and Images of poor quality. I don't really see where's the difference (maybe that's because it's a bit confusing for users who randomly add bad pictures in one or another). We have the same kind of bad quality in both sections. I think these categories should be merged in, for example, "Images of poor quality". Any thoughts?... Klow 13:02, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

  • From what I understand, [[:Category:Images_for_cleanup|Images for cleanup]] involves just touching up the cropping, and Images of poor quality mean that the image is hopeless, and needs to be re-scanned/re-made. IIRC, they're on two separate templates as well. JorrelWiki-shrinkableFraajic 13:29, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
    • I see "hopless" or "to be cropped" pics in both categories... Klow 14:41, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
      • Hmm. Now that you say it, so do I. Maybe their use just started to blend together? JorrelWiki-shrinkableFraajic 17:28, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
        • Yeah, there are images that crossover categories, though they are intended to be used for two distinctive needs, as spelled out at the top of each of those category pages. I still think the distinction between the two is valid and people just need to be aware of the proper one to use before attaching it to an image. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 17:37, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
