Just two links:
You can babelfish and see how close to our articles they are, but the copyright notice says nothing about us - a clear GFDL violation. The domain appears to be registered via a "domains by proxy" thing (namebay.com), at least according to whois, so nothing is clear about the owner.
What is needed: someone with a knowledge of French to send them a copyright infringement notice. For an example, see Wikipedia:Wikipedia:Standard GFDL violation letter, the French equivalent is at Wikipedia:fr:Wikipédia:Message standard de violation de la GFDL. Of course, it should be adjusted for Wookieepedia, and please don't make it sound like a takedown notice from those pesky RIAA/MPAA guys - instead, request them to give us attribution and add a note saying that the content is GFDL'd, per Wikipedia:Wikipedia:Copyrights#Example_notice.
We also need to discuss what to do with other precedents of plagiarism and GFDL violation that may arise in the future.
